Our new Website is now in beta testing, and should be live within three weeks. It will still be a picture based record browsing site, but will be much better integrated, with lots of exciting features. These include a much improved search box, searches by artist, customer accounts, discount scheme, wish list, share with facebook/twitter, and a brilliant ‘newly listed’ section which will keep you on top of all the new records added to the site.

Finally you found us! Welcome to what we hope is the best place to buy Records on the Internet. For fifteen years we’ve been running our ‘real’ London record shop, now one of the last places to buy treasured vinyl in London at reasonable prices, with customers travelling from all over the world to come and visit. We also have more than ten years history of  selling via mail order, and our dedicated mail order office recently sent out its 50,000th parcel.

As record collectors ourselves, we’re always disappointed with the way other sites are arranged. The joy of visiting a real record shop is exploring each section, and finding records you had forgotten about, or didn’t even know existed. With this in mind, you’ll find no alphabets on our site, just an array of different sections to browse through. Every record listed has at least one picture, while rarer LPs have a series of large pictures. If you are looking for something specific, don’t worry, we still have a search box. This site is also 100% advert free. Any comments on the layout would be very gratefully received.

But as many of you will know, buying Records on ebay is growing ever more difficult. Poor packaging, slow response, inconsistent grading, ask most record collectors and they’ll give you an ebay horror story. While we do still have items for sale on ebay, Rising fees and disappointing sales pushed us into removing most of our LPs from ebay just over a year ago. Since then we’ve been working hard on creating this website, packed with all the very best records we have in stock, all different to those available in our London shop. Selling for over ten years, and with 40,000 Ebay feedbacks, we’re very experienced at sending records quickly and securely, not only in the UK, but all over the world. All LPs are sent in bespoke double re-inforced packaging, records removed from sleeves if requested, and plastic sleeved as appropriate.
